Privacy, in simple words.

When you contact Kaapidu about insurance, you may share your name, mobile number, the type of insurance you need, and your city if you choose to provide it.

How the callback form works

When you submit the form, your email or WhatsApp app opens with your request filled in. Your information is sent to Kaapidu only if you choose to press Send. If you select a call, an email draft is addressed to support@kaapidu.com. If you select WhatsApp, a message draft opens for Kaapidu’s WhatsApp number.

How Kaapidu uses your information

Kaapidu employees use the details you send to respond to your request. If you decide to continue with an insurance application, additional details may be needed through the relevant insurer process. Please do not include Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, or medical documents in the initial enquiry.
